MUCKY SCOUNDREL - LAST TO FALL (SINGLE REVIEW)
'Last To Fall' is the latest release from the West Lothian singer-songwriter. The track is slower compared to 'One Too Many' and leans more into the folk/country rock sounds. The guitar melodies all bounce off of one another to create that wide atmospheric sound, the electric and acoustic guitars that play the chords sit in the background and run with the bass line to bring out the songs depth. The other electric and acoustic guitars play the delicate finger picked melodies and dance through the chords. The stunning violin solo that comes in at the chorus adds to the acoustic atmosphere and brings out those folky vibes, the beat of this entire track and the raw vocals from Mucky Scoundrel makes this a track that is singable and danceable and will definitely fill up the dancefloor. The Scottish accent is very prominent and makes the song a stand out and will go down very well with the Scottish crowd.
