INDOOR FOXES
Indoor Foxes is an Edinburgh based bedroom indie pop artist, who brings a blend of retro style synths and modern beats to create her ear catching funky sounds. She has just released her latest single 'Peach Stone', which explores the feeling of becoming the worst version of yourself because of someone else, the snapshot moment that you realise how much you have changed in the attempt of doing what you thought was right. The track was completely self produced and then mixed by Scott Maxwell.
'Peach Stone' grabs your attention and keeps it from the very beginning, with the stand out melodic guitar riff which is the main riff heard through out the song. The emotion that is felt in the way Indoor Foxes sings really pulls you in, keeps you completely focused and totally captivated and you just can't pull yourself away. There is a warmth felt within this song where you will find comfort in, but also an intensity coming through with the heart felt emotions. The combination of the repeated guitar riff, the soulful vocals and the intricately placed keys create a beautifully sculpted track that feels unhurried and leaves you with a feeling of calm and put at ease. Fans of Beabadoobe, Fatherson, Madonna and Amy Lou will absolutely love this track and will no doubt be adding it to their playlists. 'Peach Stone' is another taste of what to expect from Indoor Foxes in the future and I am really excited to see her continue to grow as an artists!
