THE NAKED FEEDBACK
4 - piece alternative rock band The Naked Feedback from Blantyre, Scotland. Consisting of Dean Anderson (lead singer and Rhythm guitarist), Callum Anderson (lead guitarist and backing vocals), Jack (bass guitar, backing vocals and synth) and Derek Whitburn (drums, percussion and backing vocals), they have been releasing music independently since 2016, delivering high energy tracks 'Cannelure', 'Who is She?', 'Something Wicked This Way Comes', 'The Goodbye', 'Smoke Without Fire', 'Silent Disco'and most recent release 'Echo Echo Echo'. The band really cut through and stand out with their edgy style and sound! Described by 'The Unsigned Guide' as "Straddling a variety of styles hinging on rock", which is instantly felt as soon as you listen to any song by these guys!
The guys have been keeping busy and keeping active on their socials, they have been live streaming performances, helping to raise funds for War Child through 'Hot Vox' and also mental health charity 'SAMH'. They were also asked by 'Rock The Hospice' to record a cover song during lockdown to raise awareness and funds for the 'St. Andrews Hospice'. They also brought their music to care homes throughout their hometown of Blantyre (in a safe and socially distanced way of course!), which was in partnership with 'Terminal One Youth Centre' the band traveled around in a van to the different locations to bring some joy, happiness and lift the spirits of the elderly residents and carers. An amazing idea from these guys and the picture really speaks for itself!
Their most recent song 'Echo Echo Echo' was released in February 2020 and right off the bat the track hits you with a wall of energy, the heavy guitars and drums really driving the track. This is just a great song that sounds insane listening to through headphones and one that I would love to hear live! The videos they have uploaded both of their 'Echo Echo Echo' music video and their live performances, really captures the electrifying energy and atmosphere from the band and the crowd and what you can expect at their gigs! The band has taken to the stage in multiple venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Dumferline, Leeds, Prestwick, Liverpool, Manchester and many more.

The band are currently unsigned, so they are not backed by management or a label and all their projects and recordings are all funded by their own gigs and from their merchandise sales. As you know with all that has happened throughout this year, gigs have had to stop. So for the band to be able to continue and fund their upcoming projects and to give back to their fans they have set up a Patreon account. Which includes multiple levels, the basic level is available if you want to give a small amount of money each month or other levels where you will gain exclusive access to behind the scene footage, early access to tickets, exclusive merchandise, free tickets and even a date with Jack! If that takes your fancy then check out their Patreon → HERE ← and go support these guys!
