ENEMYTHIRTY

Enemy Thirty are an up and coming rap indie rock duo from North Shields, Newcastle. The duo consists of Chris Kinevil (vocalist/instrumentalist) and Baddz (vocalist/producer).  The guys chatted to 'GFM Radio' host William O'Donnell, giving a bit of background on how the band formed.  Although they are long time friends, they both "started off on different musical paths", with Baddz going down the hip hop route, focusing on production and rapping while Chris took the indie rock route.  Chris also added that "music has always been there, in-between being friends from a young age, alway drawing influences from music and one day it just clicked, where we decided to take it more seriously".  They decided to join forces and bring together each of their musical influences to create 'ENEMYTHIRTY'. 

The duo are in the beginnings of their musical journey in the industry, releasing their debut single 'King Kong' on 25th August 2020.  The track gives everyone a flavour of what to expect going forward and as they progress they will no doubt make a name for themselves, defining their sound and their music!  The track hits you instantly with the gritty underground vibe, the vocals and the rapping elements to this track flow extremely well together!  It is definitely a track that will tear up the room when they perform it live and one the crowd will vibe to for sure!
